Job Title: Cook A (All Shifts) — Summer 2026

Location: Cyprus Employment: Full-time (48 hours/week) — EU/EEA & Cypriot nationals only (no visa sponsorship) Start: Summer 2026

About the role Join a stylish hotel in Cyprus as a Cook A. Prepare and cook menu items to standard across all shifts, support smooth kitchen service, and help train junior staff while maintaining hygiene and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and menus.
  • Ensure timely production and correct portions for service.
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness, food labelling, storage and HACCP compliance.
  • Check daily food requirements and prepare requisitions.
  • Adapt dishes for dietary needs and special requests.
  • Report equipment issues and collaborate with service staff.
  • Support training of junior kitchen staff.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a professional kitchen (hotel/resort experience preferred).
  • Strong cooking skills and knowledge of food safety/hygiene.
  • Good English; Greek is a strong advantage.
  • Able to work under pressure and flexibly (evenings, weekends, holidays).
  • Professional appearance and team-focused attitude.
  • EU/EEA or Cypriot nationality required (no visa sponsorship).
