Job Title: F&B Supervisor — Summer 2026

Location: Cyprus
Employment: Full-time — EU/EEA & Cypriot nationals only (no visa sponsorship)
Start: Summer 2026

Overview Experienced F&B Supervisor role in a stylish Cyprus hotel. Supervise service staff, support daily F&B operations, train team members and ensure high service standards across all shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coach service staff to maintain standards.
  • Participate in daily F&B operations and train new employees.
  • Provide friendly, professional food & beverage service; use upselling where appropriate.
  • Prepare stations, take orders, process payments and clear/reset tables.
  • Ensure dining areas and equipment are clean and working.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams; escalate complex issues to management.
  • Communicate clearly with staff and management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as F&B Supervisor (4- or 5-star hotel/resort preferred).
  • Excellent English; Greek is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, customer-service and communication skills.
  • Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays; good physical stamina.
  • EU/EEA or Cypriot nationality required (no visa sponsorship).
