Job Title: Cook C (All Shifts) — Summer 2026

Location: Cyprus
Employment: Full-time (48 hrs/week) — EU/EEA & Cypriot nationals only (no visa sponsorship)
Start: Summer 2026

Overview Junior kitchen role in a stylish Cyprus hotel. Assist with basic food prep and cooking, support service flow, and maintain hygiene and safety standards across all shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with basic food preparation and cooking tasks per recipes and portion guidelines.
  • Receive, label and store supplies; support stock checks.
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness, food labelling/storage and HACCP compliance.
  • Support kitchen setup/breakdown and smooth service during peak times.
  • Report equipment faults or hazards; follow health & safety protocols.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by senior kitchen staff.

Requirements

  • ~1 year professional kitchen experience preferred (junior role).
  • Good English; Greek an advantage.
  • Basic food prep, portioning and food safety knowledge.
  • Ability to work under pressure and flexibly (evenings/weekends/holidays).
  • Professional appearance and team-oriented attitude.
  • EU/EEA or Cypriot nationality required (no visa sponsorship).
