Affiliate Manager (Network) — Crypto / FX

Location: Remote
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00–19:00 (GMT+3)
Vertical: Crypto / Forex
Compensation: Base salary (discussed individually) + performance-based commission

About the Role

Our client, a fast-growing international company operating in the Crypto and Forex industries, is seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager (Network) to join their team.

The ideal candidate will be a results-driven professional with a strong background in affiliate marketing and the ability to build and maintain profitable partnerships. If you have hands-on experience in the Crypto or FX space and thrive in a data-driven environment, this is an excellent opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and expand a network of affiliate partners in the Crypto/FX vertical
• Analyze traffic performance and optimize campaigns for higher ROI
• Negotiate deals and handle partner objections effectively
• Maintain long-term, profitable relationships with affiliates
• Prepare and deliver performance reports and optimization recommendations

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in affiliate marketing (Crypto / FX experience preferred)
• Excellent negotiation and objection-handling skills
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to assess traffic quality
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory
• Ethnicity: not Russian (candidates from IL, CY, and other regions are welcome)
